Important information

The campaign is valid from 16/01/2023 to 29/01/2023;
All those customers who are part of Clube TudoAzul in plans 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000, who change plans will be taken into consideration;
Update for annual plan: plan points and bonus points will be credited within 24 hours from the plan change date;
Update per monthly plan: the plan change takes effect on the plan anniversary date. The points relating to the chosen plan and the bonus points are credited on the anniversary date;
To be eligible for bonus points, the customer must remain on the chosen plan for the next 6 months (in the annual plan). Otherwise, you will not be eligible to receive bonus points, and if you cancel your plan, any bonus points you received after the upgrade will be removed;
Customers who initially joined the TudoAzul Club through promotional actions and subsequently cancel their respective subscriptions, must wait for a period of 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) days from the date of their last registration to join the Club again through a new membership promotional action;
Customers who changed plans through promotional actions and subsequently cancel their respective subscriptions, must wait for a period of 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) days from the date of the last subscription to join or change plans again through a new promotional plan change action;
The minimum stay is 6 (six) months for annual plans and the amount of the penalty is equal to 6 months’ salary; And
If you change your plan to a lower plan (downgrade), before completing 6 months in the current plan, the bonus points received in the period will be forfeited.
